Served in a red wine glass from the bottle.
Appearance: comes off very hazy yellow with an off-white head which initially Rose half of fingers lunch all the body.
Smell: it definitely has a strong East cent comes and goes with smooth bolts to go with it. Feels like warm bread and honey all at once but has a bitter note to the scent.
Taste: comes off a touch sour, think of rye bread and honey a bit malty all at once.
Mouth: medium to full body with a medium carbonation semi sticky.
Overall: good beer and very lucky to have it. Will drink again if I am ever so lucky to see it.
