Poured into a pint glass from the bottle, the bubbles remain active well into the 30-min mark. The head, a fluffy white, doesn't last long. A clear golden color, as much expected from the name. No sediment, a very clear, clean beer.
As for aroma, I catch caramel and butter notes with just a hint of citrus. If anything, a very faint touch of apple even. Not very strong at all, but the subtle notes are there.
The taste was very unexpected. I prefer a more velvet, or rather "buttery" beer. I wasn't expecting anything special with this beer, but I was surprised. The caramel and butter travels to the tongue, but doesn't linger like "that person at the party." It's an overall crisp taste that isn't too harsh or sharp.
I'd buy again in singles, but I wouldn't see the need to keep any of this beer in my stock. A good beer, something to share with friends before dinner.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
