Bottle. Dark chestnut in colour. Thick dense head which appears somewhat artificial.
Fruity malt aroma.
Toffee malt flavour with a hoppy bitter finish.
Medium body and carbonation.
Cheap and cheerful red ale. Very supermarket.

Bright clear oxblood with pocked tan head. 3.75
Tin, cranberries, and nut loaf. 3.75
Husky grain, big tart unripe apples, some saltwater taffy, carob and dried orange rind. Bitter birch beer finish. 3.25
Light, crisp, some cling. 3.5
Harper's range; Marston's for Aldi.
Thin, metallic, and harsh. There are some spicy fruitcake stylings going on, but they’re all overdone. Aldi is sure not going the way of Lidl and producing quality house labels. Hard to drink. 3.5

Bottled and possibly a Hobgoblin clone
Pours a dark brown body with huge foaming thick tan head that retreats but keeps the surface covered
Toffee and Christmas spice aroma
Some elements of that I the flavour
but thin feel let's it down
