A: The beer is crystal clear amber yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left some patches of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of toasted malts and toffee are present in the nose along with notes of citrusy hops.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a bit stronger flavors of toffee with notes of citrusy hops and a slight amount of associated bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The hops in this beer are a little muted so I would say a more appropriate name for this beer would be an “American Style Pale Ale.”
