Tastes fantastic, especially chilled. Can't get enough of it.. and Aldi have always sold out when I go. Need to order more.

Brewed by Marston's for the Aldi chain of supermarkets in the UK. Pours very lively. Good carbonation. Clear dark brown smooth ale with a enjoyable taste of toffee. Well balanced malty ale.

Pours well, nice head and rich dark colour. Smell is of toffee and malt. Taste is a basic beer with toffee overtones, slight hint of hops. . This is a very decent winter warmer, reminds me of toffee apples or hand-pulled toffee; brown sugar cooked in a sweet dark caramel. This very drinkable and it definelty delivers what is says on the tin. This is a Toffee Ale, and it stands up to any other toffee or sticky toffee beer I have had, and is better than many.

Bottle. Clear dark amber with a thin dense head.
Sickly sweet aroma of toffee fudge which comes through again upon tasting. Bitter finish. Very artificial flavour.
Cloying feel. Soft carbonation.
Far too sweet.

Bottled and old in Aldi as part of their Christmas seasonal range, 500ml brown glass bottle with cap.
Pours a deep red tinted brown body with decent enough tan head
Aroma is caramel toffee chew with a hint of Vimto
The toffee in the flavour is fighting against the tinny cheap beer flavour the only thing that it’s gives this a good body & mouthfeel
