Bottle to English pint glass.
The appearance was a muddy amber brown color with a small finger and a half's worth of white foamy head dissipating into two small silky foamy rings dotting the sides of the glass.
The aroma melds sweet biscuity/caramel/cracker malt with long sweet honey tones and a delicate grassy hop underneath. Light coffee sweetness further underneath.
The flavor leaned into the caramel driven biscuity malts. Long aftertaste like an old school amber ale through caramel/toffee semi-dry and clean character.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation and appropriate ABV. Pretty smooth with some stickiness. Finishes with some caramel clean tones, biscuity dryness and honey.
Overall, to me at least, I'd say this is a pretty well brewed amber ale, very old school but clean and worthy of coming back to.

A bit too dry and one dimensional, but nothing really wrong with it other than the decision to brew such a generic style in the first place...

Had in a flight at their grand opening. A beer that seemed a little dull. It may have been a bit green and the malts had not opened up yet. Nothing bad, but nothing to get excited about either.
