On tap at the brewpub.
The appearance was a mild semi-filtered yellow to burnt orange color. No head and no lace.
The aroma had the strawberry in front of the rhubarb through its crisp tart and sweet aspects. Some sour, not too much.
The flavor leaned towards a tart to sweet strawberry taste while once again pushing the rhubarb further down. Some sour to dry and tart strawberries in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was light bodied and somewhat sessionable. The sour feature doesn't cross paths enough with much of any harshness. Mild finish of strawberries and there's a slim tart crisp rhubarb tone trying to make some sort of presence.
Overall, to me it seemed more of a strawberry beer, but I could tell some rhubarb was there trying to come out.
