Crowded Castle Brewing Company

Crowded Castle is a nice little place on the south side of Bridge Street between Iron Hill and Stable 12, about 2 blocks in either direction, which makes a nice little walking pub crawl.

The space they've occupied didn't offer much to begin with but they've done a good job at making it interesting and inviting. I always prefer to sit at the bar myself but there are tables and more lounge-like areas if that's your thing.

They offer 12 beers on tap, and a few in cans. All are available to go. The food is basic, but I'd say good for a simple brewery taproom.

In my opinion it's worth a stop for a few beers and a snack.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stopped in for a couple beers on a Saturday night. They've got some outdoor seating on the sidewalk. Inside they've got a small bar and then a bunch of small tables and lounge type seating. Their beer list is a Pinneapple Lager, Marzen, Pilsner, Saison, Amber, IPA, Session IPA, Tangerine Porter, Stout, and Nitro Irish Stout. They've also got some Cider and Wine. This is beer for the masses, not beer geeks. I had a pint of both Stouts, they were decent, but nothing spectacular. Bartenders were friendly. They have snacks or menus from local places to order in food.
