Bottled Fall 2015 and poured into a Rogue stout glass
L - Kind of a light dark, like root beer with carbonation bubbles all over
S - Scotch smell is very strong, has kind of a back draft of sweet chocolate
T - Taste of figs, like eating one of those Little Debbie fig bars and chocolate, very sweet
F - Heavy body but not overly boozy
I'm surprised there hasn't been a review yet for this beer after all the time it has been out. I'm a beginner when it comes to Scotch Ales but I love the earthy aroma and flavor on this one.
