At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from their Summer IPA Sampler from my favourite LCBO at The Roundhouse Centre in nearby Windsor. My third beer from the Peterborough, ON brewery...

High white head on pouring, which decays quickly. Taste is a light sour citrous, without being overpowering. A good dock beer for the summer.

Pours a cloudy bright gold with a tather foamy white head and good lacing. Aroma: Stonefruit (peach) pine some citrus. Flavour: In the mouth the piney bitterness comes to the fore but continues to be balanced by the fruity sweetness - less distinct against the bitterness.

I stumbled across this beer last year in Kingston, and for whatever reason, thoroughly enjoy it. It's a go to beer for me and I'm looking forward to trying their other ones!

This beer is a cloudy golden colour and the head is a foamy white.
The smell is tropical fruit and white bread.
The taste is citrus, some sweetness mixed in, as well a very mild hop bitterness.
The beer is smooth and easy drinking with only mild carbonation. The finish crisp and dry.
I enjoyed this beer and recommend trying it if you like the style. A superior offering from an Ontario craft brewery is Downhill Pale Ale from Collingwood Brewery.

Golden and hazy with a little carbonation, and topped with a finger of whitish head.
Smells of honey biscuit, and thats about it.
Tastes of honey, a little biscuit, and a dull, bitter, finish.
Medium body, medium carbonation, and a slightly tannic ending.
Got at LCBO, drinking in Muskoka, Feb 19th, 2018. Okay, all right, beer.

Look is golden and clear with about two fingers of head. Retention is poor, butboddly there is some minimal lacing.
Smell is malt forward, bread and biscuits. There is a hops presence but it is faint and secondary.
Taste is also malt forward with those bready malts to the fore. I picked up a bit more grassy hops on the tongue than on the nose.
Feel is light bodied, with medium carbonation. Finish is dry.
If I had to describe this beer in one word, it would be forgettable. It's just one mediocre beer that gets lost in the crowd.

No no no. This should not be called an APA and the commercial notes should not mention flavours of citrus and tropical fruits. This tastes like a macrolager with a thick malt flavour and slightly offensive metallic taste & aroma. It softens a bit while drinking, but this is nothing more than a regular beer.
