Moderate short-lived head, some early lace. Very slightly hazed, rusty orange in colour. Jose is tart, fruity, and with a dose of funk. Slightly sour, a hint of fruit, characteristics of a saison lurking in the background. A middle of the road offering that should offer up some broad appeal. Drinkable.
