Bright and hazy peach coloured beer under a moderate head that settles to a minimalist ring. Yeast sediment. Yeasty nose and noticeably yeasty to taste. Quite tart, anonymously fruity. Gently dry finish, just a touch of alcohol present.
Kind of a one trick pony dominated by the yeastiness of the brew. Surprisingly tart, so a good palate cleanser.
