Hazy but not murky or pulpy. Good retention.
Fairly neutral and mild nose. Some hop tones, but not imparting much of an impression of individual notes. Grapefruit, mango, pepper, and grain perhaps.
Very tasty, with bright citrusy hops leading the way.
Very crisp and lively. Pleasant drinking, with a bigger body that the ABV suggests.
Other than being somewhat hazy, there isn’t much “New England” about this one. It’s not smooth, soft, or creamy; it’s barely hazy; it doesn’t have low bitterness.

Poured from a crowler into a pint glass. Pours red orange with a small white head. Smells of citrus hops, especially notes of grapefruit and orange. Tastes of sweet grain with nice citrus notes, just a tad bit of tartness. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
