From a 16oz can, undated. Served in a willi.
Pours a hazy, pale white grapefruit juice colour with lots of visible carbonation and two-plus fingers of loose, pouffy head. Retention is very good, leaving a solid cap but just the odd speck of lacing.
Mildly sweet smell of clean, toasted cereal and orange.
Taste is a well-balanced melange of doughy white bread and mild citrus. Orange cream, lemonade, a little lime zest. No detectable bitterness whatsoever. There's a little something grainy and unfinished at the ending but that's nitpicking.
Feel is medium bodied, smooth and creamy, with bright, prickly carbonation.
Overall, an uncomplicated, well-made, enjoyable beverage.

My first time trying this beer. It's a 0 IBU beer. I thought I was seeing things. My first thought was this would be predominately pale. Anyway. I cracked open the can and there was alot of fruity mango orange citra type goodness going on. Taste is well balanced. It's more or less galaxy or citra and it tastes like a single hop beer. I forgot to mention the lacing and head rentention are phenomenal. This one finishes with a very subtle bite on the back end. This ale is crafted well. Super well. In this day and age I really enjoy a we'll put together single hop type beer.
