1% sales to Vet. Charities. Oats, wheat, DH Simcoe & Centennial. Born on 6.18.20. Consumed 5.1.21. Bombs Away.
A: Powerful surge of carbonation eruption upon the pour creates quite the disturbance in the vessel with an quickly escalating cavernous soapy head the breached the rim with half pour. A pale orange coloring has some haziness while globs of lace spackle the vessel walls.
S: Fresh grassy-pine hops. Citrus with that Simcoe flowery bite. Good strength overall. Small touches of fresh grapefruit in the background.
T: Bittering and grassy DH bite with the first sip with some sticky pine juice resin. Sticky simcoe flowery hop resins along with raw citrus provides a big, dry pungent and bittering bite of west coast love. Raw wheat, dank oranges, along with some spicy herbal grapefruit.
M: Wheat and chewy oats provides a good soft and creamy feel. Oily hop resins greases the wheel. Strong carbonation texture.
O: Overall a good pungent dose of raw citrus and simcoe flowery hops upon the first impression. Spicy herbal grapefruit and dank oranges with resinous hop oils. Solid west coast flair, dry and pungent finish brings a ton of ammuntion to the hop scene.

Clean golden pour, very little haze apparent. Everything else about this beer is light too--the gentle citrus flavor, not too dank, not too sweet. A very solid, refreshing daytime IPA.
