Had Isotonic in June 2017, on Lidingö, Stockholm, Sweden, poured from 330-ml. bottle, label stamped apparently best before "2018-05-17," into small hand-blown water glass.
This is an exceptional and authentic gose. It pours hazy lemon-gold with a huge, beautiful head, that unfortunately doesn't last. Aroma is hugely sour and briny, and to drink is to inhale.

Murky peach color with a bit of white head. Aroma is really nice with tart fruits, honey and some briney pickle juice. Taste is tart and slightly salty with some lactic funk. Medium body with low effervescence. Quite well made, traditional gose.

When pouring the beer, you get a white foam fine thick foam. The foam has small bubbles and leave no lines. The beer has a hazy yellow color. The scent is refreshing and is a bit 'funky'. It is a bit fruity and a bit small sweet in smell and I find some honey and tangerine. Smells a little spice, a little lemon, berry, a little malt. Fruity but slightly sour taste of some saltiness. Hints of honey and mandarin who get up a little sweetness. Finds little orange and lemon in the notes, some malt, a hint of nuts. Tart and dry with a high carbonation. But refreshing, delicious taste that sits in a little while.

Pours a vibrant, completely hazed color, with a fizzy, immediately dissipating head.
Smells truly refreshing, reveals a soft funkiness on the nose, balanced by salt and bready malts. Its yogurt tartness blends into a flowery quality, bringing old cheese to the nose. As easily as its tart qualities become noteable, they stay on par with the other aromas, producing a crisp, lemony peak.
Has a high, bubbly carbonation with an interplay between an aqueous softness and a stony minerality.
Begins with unripe orange and lemon zest among a salty note, introducing doughy malts to the palate, which later on get enhanced by old leather. The unripe fruits blend into the beers pleasant tartness among a bubbly, recognizable carbonation. During the middle, a watery quality gets very profound, still leaning on the metallic carbonation, while lemon returns during the finish, accompanied by yogurt and sweeter malts.
The beer lives up to its name without a doubt, this might be the most refreshing gose I've ever had. Drinks like a sports drink, with just enough body to keep the palate satisfied. A little too thin before the swallow, while its tartness is beautifully integrated.
