Pours a semi clear yellow, with little foam.
Smell is tart with notes of lemon, gooseberries and elderflower.
Taste is very refreshing and quite dry, with notes of lemon and gooseberries. Ends with a touch of salt and elderflower.
Mouthfeel is thin and sparkly.
Overall, a very well made and refreshing gose.
