De Labirratorium. En copa De hefe de Bavaria. Estudiando. Cuerpo maltoso potente pero que entra como un toro gracias a una rico dulzor bien compensando con un amargor en su justa medida. No obstante, se sube bastante a la chota

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Clear golden colour, moderate white head. Slightly sweetish but pleasant aroma of light malts and floral and herbal hops, hints of honey and newmown grass. The flavour is slightly sweet, but not too much, distinctly malty, but also with distinct floral and herbal hops, and a bitter finish.

Abundant foam but of little consistency, perfumed, never disappears completely.
Lively carbonation in the mouth, medium consistency body (in perfect style).
Spicy flavors (cloves, slight hint of green pepper), light floral hint (of petal), hints of cereals followed immediately by a soft note that reminds me of acacia honey (more than caramel).
Rather dry finish, but not bitter, to clean the tongue and invite to a new sip. On the palate there are pleasant and delicate spicy notes mixed with hints of cereals.

From the half liter bottle contained in the 2019 Franken Bock Bier Advent Calendar, it opurs a clear golden amber with a nice thick white head that slowly dissipates and leaves a bit of lacing. In the nose, it is fresh with malt and hops. In the mouth, it is slightly hop bitter (hallertau) with a nice malt base. Nice!
