Chocolate coffee stout – a rich, wonderful stout with copious amounts of cocoa, cocoa nibs, vanilla, molasses and dark brown sugar infused with 4 gallons of Brazil Sao Silvestre, cold brewed coffee from Vancouver coffee roaster, Relevant Coffee, aged in Old Forester/Early Times bourbon whiskey barrel and the bottle conditioned to improve over time.

Pours the color of dark cola and generates a thick, dense, creamy, tan head with excellent persistence and lacing. Aroma has notes of molasses, chocolate, coffee, brown sugar, and whiskey. Taste is consistent with the nose. The bourbon is a little more pronounced, and I can taste a little vanilla. Body is on the light side of medium, finish is dry, slightly astringent, with a robust coffee aftertaste.
