An American Strong Ale. One of my early home brewing recipes with some changes. One of the first times I brewed on an all grain system and my glasses fell in the strainer when I was transferring wort to a carboy and assumed I ruined the batch, being paranoid about contaminants. Malt forward with nice hop balance.
abv 6.3% ibu 60
malts: northwest pale ale, caramel crystal malts, special roast, chocolate malt
hops: palisade, simcoe, zythos
