Amazing surprise on-tap in Kapa'a Kauai Hawaii tonight.
A= deep amber-red, hardly any head.
S= nice and fruity, definitely a local-Hawaiian beer.
T= modest on almost anything including the very light hops, and the darker color is completely misleading-- it is very mild as far as beers go, but still very refreshing and bold in its own tropical-fruity taste way. Low on carbonation-- nothing like a US macro.
M= great with meals, or on its own, nothing at all to annoy, a light pleasant tropical-fruit aftertaste.
D= as much as you can hold.
