330ml Can from Lidl supermarket (£1.29):
A very clear amber with a tiny surface lacing for a head, the nose is very slightly sweet with some caramel, touches of earthy malt & a bit of sugar but overall it's quite light smelling. The taste is more pronounced & bitter with an uneven feel that is mainly earthy malts & bitter tones without the same sweetness as the nose; it's almost like an English pale ale or bitter at times. The body is light but sharp with too much bitterness & quite a poor balance as well.
