Had on cask. Dark amber brown opaque pour with two finger of cream colored foam. Rye, earth, caramel malt, earthy english hops and rustic bread in nose. Taste has such a great interaction of the hops, rye and malts, the bitterness, umami and sweetness defines this beer. The feel is thicker than expected, yet has great rye textures atop the malt base, hops finish well as the body remains on the dry side. One of the better rye ales I have had in a long time
