From a 330ml bottle. Bottle-conditioned. A black IPA brewed with New Zealand Cascade hops.
L: Very black with a thin mocha head. No lacing.
S: Bitter chocolate. But disappears quickly.
T: Bitter, piney, burnt characteristics.
F: Slightly thin body with soft carbonation. Very dry finish.
O: A dry and bitter IPA with medium alcohol and a flavour profile that emphasises toasted malt over floral hops. Not bad.
