L- Pour with care, major sludge-chunks lift in the bottom of the pour. Deep amber with 3mm white head.
S- Rustic
T- Quite rich. ... Start this off cold, it risks becoming sweet. The naked ABV% attacks on the palate.
F- Rich, rustic.
