Primary fermented with 2 farmhouse yeast strains, dry-hopped with Amarillo and Cascade, and then barrel aged in French Oak with 16 strains of Brettanomyces. After barrel aging, half was dry-hopped with a combination of Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic, while the other half was dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic.
