Blueberry And Passionfruit Wild Ale

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a very nice just slightly hazy blueberry hueS with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and halo.

S - Aromas of juicy passionfruit notes, super light musty dankness from the passionfruit. The blueberry is incredibly prominent. Excellent blueberry flesh notes, again very juicy. Nice tartness, really nice yeast strain. Nice and dry too.

T - Taste is similar to the nose, excellent passionfruit notes, light musty notes. Excellent blueberry flesh notes, really jammy like. Very low acidity and skin notes. The fruit is really bright and flavorful, the carbonation really makes the flavour pop.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated small bubbles, crisp, clean. Spot on.

O - Overall this beer was really excellent. Just great fruit notes too. Incredible blueberry taste. Very well rounded and well crafted for a new brewery. Wow.

Light fizzy head fades almost instantly, typical sour, dark hazy rosy blueberry red color.

Nose is nice, some blueberry flesh, light mixed berry puree like, juicy fresh fruit, little tart fruit, light dank bit more juicy passion fruit, sour like malt note.

Taste brings a little tart fruit, fair malty flavor, toasty malts, little grainy, but big blueberry flesh again, little gooseberry tartness or huckleberry like, little skin and green blueberry, then nice passion fruit notes, little flemmy tartness. Finish dry but little flemmy and tart, not acidic, lingering blueberry flesh and tart berry little passion fruit.

Mouth is med bod, fleshy feel like, nice small bubble carbonation, touch flemmy.

Overall pretty nice, great fruit, fleshy blueberry and nice mild passion fruit that wasn't too dank, nice mild tartness and juicy, not too acidic our flemmy, very enjoyable.
