This beer was brewed to be pale but malty; we used a combination of floor malted Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts along with a blend of European noble hops. Unlike our other beers, this beer underwent primary fermentation with our favorite lager yeast, and after lagering we transferred the beer to neutral French oak puncheons and added our mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria. This wild lager retains a lot of the clean lager yeast character with smooth malt undertones, but our mixed culture also displays our characteristic Brett funk with a tart but not sour finish.

malts. Tastes of earthy and tingly Brett throughout. A little bit of dry bready malt. Oak in the back end. Earthy bretty finish. Slight tinge of acidity, but it's low. Medium body and well carbonated. Wasn't enthused at first, but it grew on me. Strong Brett and oak, kinda dominates the beer.
