750 mL bottle. Pours very clear with an ample white head. Smells of strong lemon acidity with an herbal lemongrass component. Oak and some white wine notes. A little bit of doughy malt with some floral yeast notes. Tastes of lemongrass up front. Lemon tartness spikes in the middle, especially when cold. As it warms, more of the doughy and bready malt comes through. A bit of herbaceous character in the back end, too. Long oaky finish. Medium body. Just a shade too tart for me, but it's otherwise excellent.
