A 750ml corked and capped bottle, batch 2, bottled on 11th June 2020. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden yellow colour with a less than two fingered white head that dissipated fairly quickly and left only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Tart, peach dominates, with light funky notes.
Taste: Sour, tart, peach, funky, oak, with a splash of lemon juice.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Very enjoyable as peach dominates both the aroma and flavour. I think it would be interesting if the funk was even stronger.

750 mL bottle. Pale hazy yellow body. Smells of peaches, soft French oak, grain, and a light acidity. Tastes much more sour than it smells, but also has a stronger peach flavor. Everything is amped up. Sour right up front. Peach and peach sourness. Oak softens it a little, but the finish has a very strong stone fruit sour spike to it. It's very good with a great fruit flavor, but pushing just a bit too sour for me to really love.
