Odd Breed Wild Ales

375 mL bottle. Pours black with a nice khaki head and excellent retention. Good looking beer. Smells of roasted malts and red wine acidity. Faint notes of whiskey and oak soften the sharpness. Tastes of chocolate, dark fruits, red wine, light vinous acidity. Earthy deep yeasty notes behind it. Whiskey, vanilla, and oak doesn't come through until the very back end, but it's pronounced. Medium heavy. Very flavorful. Nice blends of porter and barrels. Lots of red wine, but it works very well.
