Hazy deep orange with ribbons of white that rim; wild tang with pineapple and underripe tangerine; peach yoghurt, citrus + melon center, some herb, a thread of cellar + mild cheese rind, then big, leafy, herbal end; fizzy + clean.

Crazy push-pull on the nose between wild yeast + citrus hops, which even go a bit too lemon zest.
Taste is apricot skin, sneaky wild bits, and some surprisingly (given the 3 years on it) alive orange hops.
Maybe shockingly tart on the back end - a lot of lime zest - but it all comes out in the wash.
Even hoppier as it opens - I see why the label calls this a DIPA.
Mature, round, sharp but fruity - a whole lot of fun. Good find for a strip mall in Naples, FL.

On tap at the brewery. Big hoppy aroma. Citrus, garlic, yeast, oak, stone fruit. Hefty acidity. Taste has a chewy hop flavor up front. Orange, tropical fruit, some herbal and yeasty notes. Sourness builds, turning in to a bit of grapefruit. Back end is dry and oaky. Big beer. But delicious.
