Tasting Glass
Look: slightly hazy orange color, pouring a thin sheet head
Smell: very strong trad sour smell, fruity, light yeast funk,
Taste: strong tartness, yeast funk, citrus. Finish has light funk notes with oak, slightly dry
Feel: Light-moderate body with light-moderate carbonation
Overall: Overall its very sour, almost too sour. But it still taste good, with no bad, off-putting flavors

On tap at the brewery. Clear golden body. Smells of strong stone fruit acidity and lots of oak. Tastes really sour immediately. Stone fruit, oak, some moderate sweet malts. Sharp sour finish and long oak flavor. Medium body. Slow drinking due to its sourness. A bit too sour for me, but it's good in small doses.
