On tap at the brewery. Reddish brown with an ample head. A bit murky. Smells of rum, dark fruits, brown sugar, plum, and a little red wine acidity. Tastes of brown sugar, rum, oak, and some dark fruit sourness to cut the sugar. Red wine, oak, and plum tartness build into the back end. Medium heavy and well carbonated. Surprisingly good use of a rum barrel. Very enjoyable.
