To create Mango Marauder, we started with two golden wild ales brewed with Pilsner malt, Raw Wheat, Rye, and aged hops. After aging in French oak puncheons for over a year, we blended the two beers and then refermented with mangoes for two more months. Mangoes add a tropical, fruity and feral edge to this golden wild ale. Our house yeast and bacteria lend our signature Odd Breed funk with crisp acidity and a dry finish.

750 mL bottle. Clear golden. Smells of mango, standard Odd Breed French Oak aroma, lemon acidity. Tastes of oak, unripe mango, slight graininess, and a light earthy funk. Medium body. The mango is a little green, but it's still good.
