After creating our cherry beer Stabbing Elbows, we transferred a golden wild ale on top of the spent cherries for 2 months of aging. Then we transferred the spent cherry beer onto Black Mulberries, Black Currants, Sultana Raisins, and Mission Figs.
Deep purple in color and excessively fruity and jammy.

375 mL bottle. Pours deep purple. Light pink head. Smells of berries and a strong acidity. Hits the nose hard. Tastes sour right up front. Cherries, currants, and then generic berries. Sour and oaky. Earthy yeast in the finish. Just shy of too sour, but very sour. Well carbonated. It's not bad, but it's very sour, which detracts from any other flavors coming through.
