We blended two golden wild ales barrel aged for over a year in French oak and infused with a blend of botanicals and citrus.
Zest from local tangerine, grapefruit, lime, and citron were added alongside sloe berries and pink peppercorns. Exceedingly aromatic, citrusy, and herbal with an earthy Brettanomyces character and tart finish.

Bottle at share. Pale straw color with a light bubbly head. Aroma is funky with light citrus notes. Taste adds in woody, earthy, herbal notes, mild savory flavors. A nice pucker on this one.

375 mL bottle. Clear golden with a big, but fleeting white head. Smells of classic Odd Breed French Oak, lemon acidity, and peppercorns. Tastes less sour than other Odd Breeds, which I appreciate. Peppercorns are all over the place. Lemon, lime, and even some grapefruit come through in the back end. Very dry and pithy back end with lingering peppercorns. Low carbonation. I really like the peppercorns. It's an intense flavor, but it keeps it interesting.
