We started with a blend of our golden wild ale and Lambic-inspired wild ale aged in French oak puncheons and refermented with blackberries and raspberries. Then we aged the blend in Pinot Noir barrels with black currants and black mulberries. Double barrel aged, and double fruited. The average aging time of this blend is over 2 years. This wild ale is incredibly jammy and fruity with deep oak tannins and wine-like complexity.

750 mL bottle. Pours bright purple. Smells of port and red wine acidity, deep berry fruits. Tastes of nasal sour berries and red wine. It dies off, but it doesn't have much else behind it. A little one dimensional, amazingly. Medium body. It's not all that sour, really, but it doesn't have enough dynamic flavor to justify its acidity.
