This funky wild ale was aged in French oak puncheons for a year before lightly dry hopping with our aged hops and conditioning on the spent blueberries used to create Squib Cakes. Our aged hops contribute notes of cedar and spice while the blueberries lend beautiful color with subtle notes of berries and tangy fruit. The finish is filled with tannins and earthy complexity alongside Brett funk and soft acidity.

750 mL bottle. Pours a deep rose color with a big head tinted pink. Smells of berries, grape must, and French oak. Tastes pleasantly tart. Blueberry, dried grass, and oak. Medium light body. Pleasant fruit flavor and tartness. Nice.
