Oddities and Outliers blends dissimilar beers produced with different recipes and processes to create something unique and cohesive. Blend 1 is comprised of 3 beers: Saison aged for 27 months (48%), Wild Lager aged 35 months (36%), and Turbid Mashed Wild Ale aged 10 months (16%). This layered beer delivers notes of musky white grape, passionfruit, peach, and plum. The oak character is intense and the acidity is moderate. Our house mixed culture is on full display, and this beer will continue to evolve in the bottle.

750 mL bottle. Orange golden and a little cloudy. Smells of stone fruit acidity, oak, a little barnyard yeast. Tastes of oak, honey, stone fruit. Moderate sourness and lots of oak. Quite a fruity character to it. Nice, but the sourness does linger and build up a bit as I work my way through a glass of it.
