This beer was brewed with raw wheat and Pilsner malt, lots of aged hops, a traditional turbid mash, and long boil. Aged in a Sangiovese wine puncheon for 18 months and then conditioned in a Gin cask four months. This rare Gin barrel is constructed of French Oak (our favorite) and first held Zinfandel wine before holding a dry gin. Herbaceous, botanical, funky, and oaky with subtle notes of tropical fruit.

750 mL bottle. Pours clear golden. Smells of strong gin, French oak, and light acidity. A little earthy yeast. Tastes of gin and light fruity tartness. Oak. A little citrus. Medium body. Very nice gin flavor and moderate acidity. Excellent.
