This beer was blended from multiple wild ales fermented on a variety of spent fruits including raspberries, blackberries, cherries, mulberries, black currants, raisins, and figs. After primary fermentation on top of spent fruit, each of the beers used in this blend were then aged in French oak wine barrels for nearly a year before blending and naturally conditioning in the bottle. Aromatics of ripe raspberry skins, aged hops, and French oak lead to a melange of fruity berries and Brett complexity with moderate acidity.

375 mL bottle. Pours clear pinkish orange. Smells of fruity acidity, strong oak, cherries, and raspberries. Light basement funk. Tastes of raspberry sourness up front with some cherry and mixed berries behind it. Very oaky, as always. Back end has some cheese and yogurt funkiness. Lingering sour berries. Medium body with a fairly strong sourness. Nicely incorporated fruit flavors, as Odd Breed's spent-fruit beers tend to have. Good, if a little too sour for me.
