This beer is an amalgamation of wild Saisons and golden ales aged on various spent fruit, including cherries, black mulberries, blackberries, and raspberries. While there are no strawberries in this beer, the fruit character is reminiscent of ripe strawberries with undertones of blackberries and raspberries.

On tap at Das Beer Garden. Lightly reddish and cloudy with an ample white head. Smells of light berries, some raspberry and deeper currant-like fruits, and a lot of basement yeast funk. Tastes pleasant tart: bright lemon, raspberry, and hints of red wine vinous flavors. Lots of oak, as always. Long yeasty finish. Medium body. Very nice. Not dominated by fruit, but also not overly acidic.
