This blended golden wild ale combines two beers aged in French oak barrels for over a year, before refermenting over 500 pounds of Bartlett pears. The pears contribute nuance and complexity, keeping this beer crisp and refreshing while our mixed culture adds some Brettanomyces funk and moderate acidity.

375 mL bottle. Clear golden. Smells of pears and lots of oak. Tastes of strong stone fruit sourness up front, but it doesn't build. Pears behind it, brett funk, with a long oaky finish. Medium body. Nice pear expression and a nice beer all around.
