Odd Breed Wild Ales

This blended wild ale is the beginning of a Solera program, in which successive batches will have some of the first blend. This beer is a blend of equal parts Lambic-inspired beer aged two years, and Past & Future Saison aged one year. Half of this barrel will be emptied and then refilled each year, and each refill will be alternated with Past & Future and our Lambic-inspired wild ale. Notes of sandalwood and citrus are layered on top of our signature funk, French oak tannins, and refreshing acidity.
