This wild ale was blended from roughly equal parts Lambic-Inspired wild ale aged 18 months, a wild witbier aged 12 months, and a wild Tripel aged 12 months. After blending, we refermented with local Orange Blossom honey, black plums, blackcurrants, and blackberries, This fruity, jammy beer offers a fuller body than most of our fruited wild ales, while finishing with our signature French oak tannins and Odd Breed funk.

375 mL bottle. Pours a little murky deep red. Smells of acidic dark fruits, berries, currants, oak. Tastes quite sour. Sour blackberries, earthy yeast, a little rubber, and a spike of sour currant in the finish. Medium heavy. Too sour for me and a little tough to drink.
