Blended from two turbid mashed wild ales aged over a year in French oak puncheons before refermenting local peaches and organic mangos at a rate of over 8 pounds per gallon. Organic Blue Agave nectar was added with the fruit to add more complexity and nuance, while increasing the alcohol content. Flavors of ripe peaches dominate the aroma and flavor, with underlying notes of tropical fruit and mango.

750 mL bottle. Pours pretty clear and pale yellow. Smells of strong oak, peach, and mango. Tastes of stone fruit tartness, mango, lots of oak, slight hint of agave. If the label didn't say agave, I'd never guess it. Medium body and sure doesn't taste 9%. Glad it's not terribly sour. I didn't have high hopes, as this isn't my preferred style from Odd Breed, but this is pretty good.
