The Oddities and Outliers series blends dissimilar beers produced with different recipes and processes to create something unique and cohesive. This iteration is blended from four beers aged in French oak barrels from 16-48 months. This layered beer delivers tropical notes of key lime, yuzu, and pineapple along a tannic backdrop of cedar and rustic funk with refreshing acidity. This beer will continue to evolve in the bottle.

6 oz draft pour at Lures Bar & Grille. This is the best oak-aged sour/wild blonde ale I've had in quite a while. Fairly aggressive acidity but not over the top, smooth malt backbone, moderate funk, oak, tannins, citrus zest, and a hint of vanilla. Complex and extremely tasty. Highly recommended!
