Amber color with a thin head.
Light Aroma with notes of earthy hops, malt sweetness and ginger.
Flavor with notes of grass, papaya, apple juice, slightly toasted malts, spices and earthy and tangy hops. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness and a spicy finish.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Fruity and spicy English Pale Ale. Decent for style, though it is not my preferred choice of hops.
