Deep black color with a thick caramel head with great retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with predominant notes of coffee and dark chocolate.
Flavor with clear notes of espresso coffee, licorice, cocoa powder, some acid lactic, pine, citrusy hops, cinnamon, earth, cola and burnt coconut. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Bordering full body which feels thinner with carbonation of tiny bubbles. Velvety feeling. Alcohol of 8% abv is very well disguised.
Perfect executed RIS, balanced, bold and not cloying. So far the best Imperial Stout I had in Chile. Recommended.
